Job Overview

  • Facilitate communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek resolutions, identifying problems and proposing solutions before they become roadblocks.
  • Be a flexible multitasker, handling multiple large production needs within development pods.
Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in complex projects.
  • A deep understanding of game development and project management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in problem-solving, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
  • The ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders within your team and throughout the company.
