Regional Talent Manager

Job Description:

We seek a skilled professional to join our dynamic team, supporting regional talent efforts across Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in full-cycle recruitment and learning development strategies.

Talent Acquisition (65%):
  1. Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil.
  2. Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies.
  3. Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  4. Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy.
Learning & Talent Management (35%):
  1. Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries.
  2. Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
  3. Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  4. Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
  • Development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
  • Performance management and succession planning.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with Spanish being an asset.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, ideally in multinational or regional environments from similar industries.
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in changing and fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
