KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Candidate Identification:
    • Leverage a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to discover suitable candidates.
    • Engage in proactive outreach to passive candidates and cultivate a pipeline of qualified individuals for both current and future openings.
    • Utilize Boolean search techniques and other advanced methodologies to enhance candidate discovery.
  2. Candidate Interaction:
    • Reach out to candidates through tailored messages, emails, and calls to build rapport and evaluate their suitability for available positions through initial screenings.
    • Provide candidates with comprehensive information regarding job roles, organizational culture, and benefits to foster interest in joining the company.
    • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey to keep them engaged and informed.
  3. Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with recruiters and take part in hiring manager sessions to gain insights into their specific talent needs and priorities.
    • Share valuable insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Possibly coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.
