Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the daily operations and management of our short-term vacation rental portfolio, ensuring a positive guest experience while maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home, coordinating with the concierge team as necessary.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, scheduling routine inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, handling financial reporting and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring the property complies with all applicable codes and standards.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations, implementing safety and security measures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • At least 8 years of previous experience in property management is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software is a must-have skill.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities are critical for resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
