About the Role:

This pivotal position will shape and drive policy initiatives in the Americas, focusing on priority countries – Brazil and the US. As a strategic leader, you'll work at the intersection of public policy, corporate sustainability, and environmental impact.

The successful candidate will define and lead the regional policy vision, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional priorities. You'll lead formulation of positions on critical issues and significant regulations affecting corporate accountability and transparency.

  • Pivotal Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic policy initiatives across the region, driving change through informed decision-making.
  • Advocate for key policy changes and foster essential partnerships with policymakers and stakeholders at country and regional levels.
  • Set up high-performing teams in the region and priority jurisdictions.
  • Oversee comprehensive policy engagement efforts, aligning messaging and activities across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
