Customer Journey Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a standardized process for After Sales operations, focusing on customer satisfaction through efficiency and innovation.
  • Implement the After Sales process across all dealerships, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction levels, including self-evaluation, regular audits, and reports.
  • Design and deliver online and face-to-face training for dealers, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Implement digital solutions throughout the After Sales process, including customer booking, reception, repair orders, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Establish a workflow to ensure compliance with LGPD regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among dealers, aiming to provide the best customer experience in the market.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and proactive skills.
  • Negotiation experience with dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Deep analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of After Sales operations, including dealers' processes, planning, customer care, logistics, pricing, marketing, technical, warranty, publication, commercial, and training.
