At GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboarding Support Analyst to join our team. This is an indefinite-term support and improvement project, requiring a senior profile with at least 7 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing deep functional/technical expertise in the given process area, demonstrating knowledge of key integration points across modules and technical components.

Key responsibilities include resolving tickets while keeping the solution intact, performing thorough testing, including regression testing, before releasing any solution for final user validation, and following ADM IT processes in day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will also design and configure minor enhancements following the ADM standard configuration naming standards document and the Functional design documents, provide technical input in support of audit requests as needed, and follow regulatory compliance and security standards.

This role focuses on ensuring new hires experience a seamless and compliant onboarding journey, and requires strong collaboration with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities.

The Onboarding Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, resolving issues, and responding to user queries, as well as troubleshooting system errors, onboarding task failures, and data flow inconsistencies.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring integrations between Onboarding and Employee Central (EC), assisting with configuration updates, testing, and deployment of changes related to onboarding templates, steps, forms, and workflows, and managing user roles and permissions related to the onboarding process.
