Job Title: QHSE Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team at Omega Project Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving our QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support our business operations under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate QHSE information to stakeholders and promote HSE awareness through various communication channels.
• Prepare QHSE documentation for clients and projects as per requirements and in consultation with the Operations team.
• Conduct QHSE inspections internally and with third parties as per the approved inspection program.
• Develop and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the Operations team.
• Record and advise QHSE key performance indicators monthly and issue reports as necessary.
• Develop and implement a behavioral-based safety culture in the organization through safe job observations and top management inspections.
• Participate in HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.
• Represent the company in regulatory QHSE meetings, committees, and seminars.
• Perform other reasonable work or related tasks at the request of superiors.
• Understand, implement, and follow the company's QHSE policies.
• Report any HSE incidents immediately as per HSE procedures.

Requirements:

• Education to a degree level with a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Qualification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Previous experience in the marine boat building industry or automotive industry.
• Strong quality and safety management skills.
• Possess strong people management skills.
• ISO 9001/ISO 45001 certificate training.
