Channel Growth Specialist

Overview

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth in traditional trade channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement channel growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with commercial, operations, and customer-facing teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  3. Design and execute pilots, tests, and rollouts to measure impact and optimize results.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel development, commercial strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with loyalty programs, CRM systems, and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and data analysis.
