Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior KYC Analyst to join our team at Société Générale. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for performing KYC procedures to initiate new customer relationships, conducting customer due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and assess customer risk, ensuring compliance with local and international KYC/AML/CFT standards.
  • Screening Activities: Perform PEP, negative news, sanctions, socio-environmental checks, and risk mitigation activities to ensure customer compliance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of customer information, including customer identification, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including offshore KYC, Compliance, Credit, and business areas, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and risk management.
  • Professional Development: Maintain solid technical knowledge of AML and OFAC regulations, as well as SG Group policies and procedures, to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and solid experience in KYC due diligence for B2B clients, including Fund Managers/Administrators, Assets, Funds, Banks, and Corporate.
  • ACAMS Certification: Differential: ACAMS certification, demonstrating expertise in anti-money laundering and compliance.
