Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
- Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Allocate resources effectively, and manage team workloads and capacity.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant.
- Experience with project management tools and technologies.
