Job Summary

The TS Field Specialist is a critical role within SLB, responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. This position requires a strong focus on service delivery execution, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery Execution: Responsible for the execution of service delivery, ensuring that all deliverables are accurate and met on time.
  • Risk Management: Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote company products and services.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Performance Improvement: Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • HSE and Quality Initiatives: Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Maintain required safety training and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Complete Technical Education with active CFT (Conselho Federal Técnico).
  • Experience: Experience with offshore and onshore operations evaluating oil and natural gas wells, preferably with experience in TFR (Cased Well Formation Test)/TP (Production Test).
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of test plant, operation of equipment such as three-phase separator, pressurized and atmospheric tanks, fluid management, choke manifold, heater, test head, among others.
  • Office Software: Office pack proficiency.
  • Desirable Skills: SAP, AutoCad experience.
  • Language: Intermediate/advanced English.
  • Availability: Availability to work Onshore and Offshore.
