As a seasoned professional in software development, you will be responsible for driving the product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end web development with React and back-end development with Java.

You will work closely with the product management team to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.

A key aspect of this role is developing a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software practices.

Responsibilities
  • Drive product development of the RMS and related sub-products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in end-to-end product ownership.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer with Java.
  • Proficiency in Typescript.
  • Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
  • Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture.
