Senior Delphi Backend Developer

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer with extensive experience in modern Delphi versions to join our team of skilled professionals. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using Delphi (modern versions preferred)
  • Build and enhance RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and maintainability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Delphi development (preferably with versions XE7 or newer)
  • Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning in Delphi
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote teams
