Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to handle contact and outreach activities within our commercial real estate sector. The role requires someone skilled at online research, confident in making high-volume phone calls, and capable of managing multiple outreach activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement deal-specific strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities, nurture leads toward further discussions, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members, ensuring smooth handoffs for follow-up discussions.
  • Phone-Based Research: Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Web-Based Research: Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Database Research: Review and update existing capital provider investment parameters in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools, and best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
