Job Title: Business Insights Specialist
Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized professional to join our finance team in North America. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in SAP and Excel, and possess strong communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform month-end journal entries and account reconciliation tasks with accuracy and precision.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on overhead variances and other profit and loss expenses.
- Review and compile information required for external audit requests efficiently.
- Support the approval process for costings and purchase documents, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Participate actively in budget and forecasting planning exercises, providing valuable insights.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for SAP S4 implementation to ensure smooth operation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement lean strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- SAP and TM1 capabilities with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent Excel analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong reporting and communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a strong academic record.
- English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal skills.
