Business Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analytics Specialist to drive business growth and success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform complex business challenges into actionable analytical frameworks, leveraging advanced methodologies and best practices in marketing analytics.
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams, ensuring strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Develop and lead the marketing analytics learning agenda, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with technology teams to advise on data strategy and requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
Requirements:
  • Hold an MBA or equivalent in business analytics, economics, or mathematics.
  • Possess 6-10 years of experience in Consumer Insights/Shopper Insights/Business Analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in FMCG/CPG business.
  • Excel in skills such as structured problem-solving approaches, first principles thinking, and understanding CPG business landscapes and key analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Nielsen/IRI data and metrics, household panel data, consumer and shopper data, and investment vehicles, ROIs, and marketing investments.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional quotient in stakeholder management.
