**Job Title:** Digital Account Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure seamless communication and service execution.

You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional value for clients.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for SMB owners, understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Handle client inquiries, either resolving issues personally or collaborating with the delivery team for additional data or solutions as needed.
  • Actively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the clients digital marketing strategy.
  • Conduct monthly reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Efficiently manage time with a typical allocation of 1 hour per client per month, ensuring all tasks and communication are completed within this timeframe.
