Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Management Specialist to manage and maintain SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SAP environments
  • Optimize environment performance and analyze SAP reports
  • Develop continuous monitoring and implement automatic incident resolution automations
  • Respond to complex and critical incidents and requests
  • Plan and execute technical windows
  • Propose improvement solutions for managed environments
  • Creation of runbooks, procedures, and environment documentation
  • Participate in solution definitions and technical consultancy
  • Resolution of failures related to SAP environments
  • Carry out installations, system copy, updates, upgrades, migrations in existing on-demand and new environments

Requirements
  • Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and software systems
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cybersecurity standards
  • Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programming languages
  • Proficient knowledge of network routing, switching, network troubleshooting, engineering, infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks
