Job Title: Business Project Coordinator

This is a key role that requires a highly organized individual to support clients with the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
  • Quality assurance functions involving document review for accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in detail-oriented environments
  • Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
