Senior Workfront Configuration Engineer

Overview:

As a seasoned professional in project management systems, you will be responsible for translating clients' business requirements into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Your primary goal will be to design, configure, and maintain optimized workflow solutions that help clients achieve their operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Support with Workfront Fusion integration needs to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Understand the architecture requirements to ensure a solid foundation and appropriate sharing rules are in place.
  • Provide expertise in 'best practices' in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances, including updates, user management, and new feature rollouts to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to meet user needs and improve decision-making capabilities.
  • Participate in requirement discussions to gain added insights from customer needs and preferences.
  • Document and communicate the architecture strategy, and work with the execution team and project manager to establish timelines and schedules for implementation and measurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in the design, implementation, and support of project management systems to demonstrate expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • 1+ Years of experience working in Workfront Fusion to showcase proficiency in integrating multiple tools and platforms.
  • Experience in AEM development is a plus to highlight additional skills and expertise.
  • Integrating Workfront with other Adobe Platforms from Adobe's ecosystem is a plus to demonstrate ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes.
