The chosen individual will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipeline architectures for AI applications, working closely with medical teams to translate clinical requirements into effective AI solutions.

  • Developing and deploying Python microservices using FastAPI.
  • Implementing LLM orchestration with tools like LangChain or CrewAI.
  • Building frontend prototypes using React/Tailwind or Flutter.
  • Applying production experience with RAG, vector databases, and evaluation systems.
  • Designing and implementing data pipeline architectures for AI applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional engineer who has a proven track record of shipping high-quality software quickly and reliably. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in AI application development with a heavy backend focus.
  • Familiarity with top AI companies and a sense of what great looks like.
  • Strong experience with Python microservices (FastAPI) and LLM orchestration (LangChain, CrewAI).
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents, APIs, RAG, and vector databases.
