Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI-driven quality solutions using large language models and emerging technologies.
  • Develop test automation and supporting tools, enhanced by AI capabilities.
  • Champion quality and DevOps culture with an AI-first mindset.
  • Collaborate on requirements implementation focusing on testability and compliance.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering and AI model interaction.
  • Strong understanding of product development and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered code analysis and quality tools.
  • High standards for quality, attention to detail, and passion for performance.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Solid software development foundation in languages such as Ruby, Go, JavaScript, Rust, or Dart.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools and cloud environments like GCP or AWS.
  • Background in machine learning/AI testing frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native AI services.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
This Role May Not Be Suitable For:
  • Lack of hands-on experience with AI-assisted development.
  • Doubts about the potential of AI to replace traditional QA roles.
  • No enthusiasm for continuous learning in emerging technologies.
