We are seeking a talented and proactive ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI-driven capabilities. This role is key to enhancing our ServiceNow platform with AI-powered solutions, driving automation, efficiency, and intelligent workflows for our business and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
- Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI service orchestration, or similar AI technologies.
