About the Role- This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom applications, integrations, and fine-tuning AI models within ServiceNow.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI, ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and configuration.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow's AI/ML capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop technical guidance on AI/ML best practices and troubleshoot complex issues related to AI configurations.
- Proven experience as a Servicenow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and configuration.
- Hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Now Assist AI Specialist.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
