Job Title:

Servicenow Developer Position

Overview of Job Role:

  • Implement AI-driven solutions in Servicenow platform
  • Design and develop scalable configurations using Servicenow Now Assist AI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient Servicenow configurations
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Servicenow Now Assist AI

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Servicenow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Servicenow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration
  • Experience with ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist Now Assist AI Specialist
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and additional Servicenow modules is desirable
