Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Developer to enhance our platform with AI-powered solutions, driving automation, efficiency, and intelligent workflows for our business and clients.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions using Servicenow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.

This role is key to collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Servicenow AI configurations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other Servicenow modules.
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimization of AI models within Servicenow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the Servicenow ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of Servicenow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Now Assist AI Specialist.
  • Experience with additional Servicenow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
