
Senior Public Sector Partner Manager

The Regional Partner Program is seeking an experienced manager to lead the SailPoint Public Sector partner community. This role will focus on working closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand pipeline and quarterly sales results with existing partners, resellers, and integrators.
- Coordinating activities and communication between Channel Partners, Field Sales, and operations teams within the assigned sales team.
- Building and maintaining annual partner sales plans by fostering collaboration and effective communication with key stakeholders to accelerate processes and remove barriers to program launches and ensure effectiveness.
- Driving the development and delivery of sales and process training to ensure partners are well-equipped to effectively market, position, and sell SailPoint products.
- Ensuring partner data accuracy and operational governance around the program.
- Leading channel partner promotions and marketing activities to maximize SailPoint market coverage.
- Identifying and developing channel partner relationships to provide field sales with a solid, productive base of partner support and sales results.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years' experience in Public Sector management.
- 5+ years' experience in partner management program management and leadership.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to apply analytical and data-driven metrics to create improvements and persuade others.
- In-depth experience managing partner activity and implementing changes to optimize processes.
- Rational problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
