Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the Consumer Goods and Agribusiness sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, business development, and operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for the consumer goods and agribusiness sectors in Latin America.
  • Identify, prospect, and lead new business opportunities in consumer goods and agribusiness sectors
  • Closing complex consulting contracts related mainly to operational risk management, operational excellence, supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and asset management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, operational challenges, and business models in the consumer goods and agribusiness sectors.
  • Proven track record in selling strategic and operational consulting services to C-Level executives.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
