We are seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand our customer base through effective market development and customer relations strategies.
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and improve brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, launch new products, and optimize existing ones.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead in the industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the food ingredients or additives industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting targets, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of hydrocolloid technology and its applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential, with Chinese language skills being a plus.
- Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
