Mt. Bachelor is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our lodges.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, answering commonly asked questions, and moving the guest through the service process in a timely manner.
• Serve all drinks according to specified recipes and be familiar with all products, up-sell items, and give recommendations according to current promotions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing the restaurant for next-day business and maintaining a professional and personable appearance.
• Assist management with special events, food service, and snow removal duties as needed.

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume business required.
• Must be proficient with computers and POS systems.
• Must have a positive attitude, be flexible with hours and days of work, and able to work under pressure.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, superb customer service and problem-solving skills.

The physical demands of this role include frequent bending, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting over 50 pounds, and standing for prolonged periods. The ability to shovel snow, lift up to 10 pounds, and walk on steep and uneven surfaces is also required.
