Job Description
  • You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into interactive website assets, leveraging your technical expertise to create engaging and user-friendly experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Development and Maintenance: Ensure our customized pages, plugins, and templates are up-to-date with the latest Webflow technologies and best practices.
  • Integration: Seamlessly integrate ancillary websites, analytics platforms, and content management systems to drive business outcomes.
  • Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and conversion, including A/B testing and design deployment.
  • Release and Version Control: Manage major releases or enhancements, ensuring pre and post-production quality assurance.
  • Monitoring: Proactively rectify issues based on key metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Purpose-driven individual with a passion for customer experience and delivering world-class experiences through technology and design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent English proficiency.
  • Excellent collaborator, capable of managing competing demands across functional boundaries.
  • Proficient in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and UI layouts/CSS GRID system.
  • Familiarity with Webflow, Figma, and Google Analytics is highly valued.
  • MixPanel, Zapier, and Salesforce knowledge is considered an asset.
