Job Title: Senior Python Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python application developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python-based applications and automation scripts to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Develop, architect, and maintain large-scale Python-based applications and automation scripts to solve complex business problems. Utilize best practices to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks, and rapidly integrate new tools and methods into solutions. Demonstrate flexibility in exploring innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Problem Solving: Apply analytical skills to dissect intricate problems, understand underlying business processes, and devise creative solutions that drive measurable improvements.
  • Ai Solution Development: Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to build intelligent automation solutions. Contribute to the development, integration, and deployment of Ai models and systems tailored for business processing services.
  • Cloud Deployment: Develop and deploy cloud-native applications and automation pipelines, leveraging Azure services for scalability, security, and reliability.
  • DevOps and CI / CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of solutions across various environments.
  • Code Quality and Design: Adhere to solid design principles, employing relevant design patterns to create extensible and maintainable systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Programming Fundamentals: Solid grounding in core programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and error handling.
  • Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with key Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, or similar. Exposure to data manipulation and analysis libraries is highly desirable.
  • Ai & Machine Learning: Exposure to Ai and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience developing or deploying solutions in public cloud environments, with preference for Microsoft Azure.
  • DevOps and CI / CD: Solid understanding of DevOps practices, version control (Git), CI / CD toolchains, containerization (Docker), and automated testing.
  • Analytical Ability: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a methodical approach to breaking down complex issues and identifying root causes.
  • Design Patterns: Exposure to software design patterns and architectural concepts, with ability to apply them to enhance code maintainability and scalability.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Learning Mindset: Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements and technical landscapes.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals.
