Job Overview
Serve as a strategic leader to drive the on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solution scopes that meet customer desired results. This role requires completing projects following best-in-class methodologies while working collaboratively with customer project teams and partners to ensure governance is followed for team member support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team throughout engagements often in collaboration with services partners
- Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials
- Collaborate with sales account teams, partners, and customers to understand customer needs and challenges
- Be the single point of contact to encourage collaboration and customer agreement on proposed solutions

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in professional services organizations or equivalent education/experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Industry domain expertise
- Creativity with comfort running projects independently
- Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- Experience working collaboratively
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
