At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to making a positive impact on the world. As a Global Community Impact Leader, you will play a key role in establishing and leading our social impact strategy for Consumer Health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, charitable giving, community relations, and/or employee engagement. They will be able to build repeatable, scalable programs that leverage product donations, employee engagement, and funding to drive major social and environmental changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business aspirations into tangible social impact programs
  • Directing efforts of the Global Community Impact function, including goal-setting and strategic direction
  • Providing executive oversight to business' community relations programs
  • Driving development of employee engagement initiatives related to social impact
  • Building and sustaining meaningful relationships with community partners and stakeholders

As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social impact strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful company-wide social impact initiatives
  • Providing strategic counsel to the CEO and Executive Committee
  • Serving as a member of the External Affairs leadership team
