Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead commercial and contractual aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, cost control, and budgeting, with expertise in project scheduling and planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial and contractual functions from inception to final account, protecting the company's interests, maximizing margins, and ensuring strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the commercial & contractual function from pre-contract to handover
  • Driving profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reporting
  • Managing subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances
  • Approving major payments, forecasts, and project financials
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a top-performing commercial team
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout
  • Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently
  • Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management
  • Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
