Senior Contracts Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing deals from a contracting and commercial perspective. Your role will involve developing contractual agreements with customers and leading teams in contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and negotiating detailed contracts, leading cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall deal strategy.
  • Supporting bid teams in proposal development, risk management and scope definition.
  • Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of a project during execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with project-specific contractual requirements and establishing variation control systems.
  • Providing advice and guidance on project contractual matters.
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks across project scopes of work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrable experience in Project and Contract Management within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses.
  • Strong commercial leadership skills, proven capability of working in a matrix environment.
  • Understanding of key contractual and commercial risks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
