Job Title: Strategic Transactions Leader
This executive leadership position is responsible for overseeing complex real estate transactions from inception to completion. The incumbent will have strategic oversight of a diverse portfolio and collaborate with external partners to drive key objectives and optimize financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long-term strategies for the utilization of the organization's real property assets, encompassing acquisitions, development, leasing, and disposition of assets.
- Opportunity Identification: Source and identify direct investment opportunities in real estate and negotiate Letters of Intent and Term Sheets.
- Preliminary Analysis: Coordinate pre-transaction analysis and due diligence, including financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, market research, and review of third-party reports.
- Transaction Analysis: Prepare and present transaction analysis to senior administration and board members regarding structure, economics, mission benefits, progress, etc.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations with investors, creditors, development partners, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
- Document Management: Maintain copies of all organizational deeds, leases, and other real estate documents in a central database to facilitate management responses to inquiries associated with real estate.
