Strategic Operations Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives that support strategic direction, execution frameworks, workflow optimization, KPI development, and scalable team structures needed to fuel our growth.

This is a remote position with a fast-paced, rapidly growing company where you will handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and diverse contacts. You must be a hands-on contributor who can distill complex topics into actionable insights for a variety of audiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or related strategic roles.
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to initiatives with business impact in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Track record of solving complex business problems and implementing improvements in operations and/or go-to-market functions.
  • Ability to use data to diagnose root causes and drive practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering tangible outcomes beyond surface-level fixes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to guide teams through transitions.
  • Strong communication skills.
