National Associate & Regional Director

Job Overview:

  • The National Associate & Regional Director will support the daily operations of a prestigious institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission by supporting strategic initiatives, partnership development, and national coordination of entrepreneurship programs.
  • Assist in tracking quantifiable data to measure program success.
  • Lead the planning, assignment, direction, and coordination of employees' work.
  • Develop and implement national entrepreneurship programs and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with communities nationwide to support local entrepreneurship center development, student programming, and faculty training.
  • Provide guidance on program design, student engagement, and partnership cultivation to entrepreneurship centers and incubators.
  • Ensure alignment of national programs with organizational needs, stakeholder expectations, and impact metrics.

Requirements:

  • Relevant leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with academic institutions and/or entrepreneurship is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a network of strategic partners and build relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Grant writing experience is preferred.
  • Possession of a Master's degree and significant relevant experience at a managerial level is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, or economic development.
