Job Title: Data Protection Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Officer to oversee our data protection strategy and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that CloudWalk complies with relevant data protection requirements and good practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for data protection-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain our data protection policy in accordance with LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Conduct regular data protection impact assessments and maintain records of all data processing activities.
  • Inform and advise staff on their data protection obligations and promote a culture of compliance.
  • Evaluate governance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive technical knowledge of data protection regulation and best practices.
  • Track record of innovation in leveraging technology to achieve compliance.
  • Great technical skills, including hands-on experience with cloud environments.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
