Job Overview

The Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the EDP platform operations. This encompasses process enhancement, automation, cost optimization, and infrastructure resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure progress.
  • Promote cost optimization initiatives for cloud services and vendor management.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and automation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support resiliency and disaster recovery initiatives to minimize downtime and data loss.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, cloud platforms, and financial optimization practices.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with big data and cloud cost tools.
  • Incremental Delivery, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, Resiliency, and Cloud Optimization certifications.
