We're seeking an accomplished Project Manager with expertise in leading utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
- Demonstrate a perfect blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to lead the development, coordination, and review of designs and technical standards.
- Drive technical excellence and provide supervision for design and construction phases, ensuring value-engineered solutions that meet project specifications and enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
This role involves providing engineering and QA/QC support to project management teams during project construction and commissioning. Additionally, they attend factory acceptance tests for HV and electrical equipment as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale solar and energy storage project engineering.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams &/or consultants and managing complex projects.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IEEE standards, EPC processes, and interconnection requirements. Proficiency in tools and platforms such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, SCADA, and Primavera is also essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must.
