Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Dyersville Area Chamber of Commerce. As a key member of our accounting and advisory services team, you will be responsible for managing long-term relationships with clients, reviewing financial statements, and working closely with our implementation team to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences.

About the Role: As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will play a critical role in advancing our practice growth model and serving our client base with exceptional service. You will oversee our compliance functions, including payroll filings, financial statement reporting, and education requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for corporate and individual tax preparation and review, as well as answering calls with a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4-8 years of prior tax and accounting experience, with auditing skills being a plus. A 4-year degree is required, with a CPA designation being desired. You must be proficient in email and Microsoft Office, possess strong relational skills, and be able to work effectively in a one-to-one environment. You will also need to have well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
