Creative Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Director to lead our creative design unit, overseeing the corporate communications administrative area. The successful candidate will bring innovative ideas, strategic vision, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the creative vision of the team and ensuring consistent execution across all projects.
  • Guiding multidisciplinary teams through concept development and campaign execution, aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Delivering engaging, cohesive, and impactful work in branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of creative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of visual communication, typography, brand systems, storytelling, and design strategy, with hands-on experience in leading multi-channel creative work.
