Nurse Recruiter Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively recruit, qualify, and connect clinicians with healthcare assignments across a national marketplace, initially focused on our East Coast Region.
  • Grow and develop an expansive network of healthcare hiring partners across multiple healthcare settings, including but not limited to hospitals, home health, hospice, senior care, corrections, behavioral health, and other settings.
  • Support our client partnerships team with active leads both individually and within a team framework, using technology-based recruiting tools, business relationships, and referrals.
  • Understand recruiting objectives and be strongly engaged in a process that excels at meeting and exceeding those goals.
  • Negotiate nurse employment terms and understand the needs of both parties in an employment agreement.
  • Efficiently communicate assignment details and benefits of a travel healthcare career.
  • Help clinicians navigate licensing, travel, housing, benefits, and other essential employment logistics.
  • Consult and effectively advise clinicians on the benefits of becoming a travel nurse.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Stellar communication skills capable of creating and nurturing valuable relationships in the nursing profession.
  • Enthusiasm for guiding clinicians through their employment journey from opportunity sourcing to signing the final paperwork and beyond.
