Service Analyst

A role that combines technical skills with strong interpersonal and business acumen to deliver high-quality services.

Our team is looking for a Service Analyst who will work closely with project managers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide specialized services in Shift solutions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, knowledge of project management methodologies, and experience working with laboratory routines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with project managers during the planning phase;
  • Documenting business requirements identified at any project stage;
  • Supporting product or customization areas regarding requirements;
  • Configuring solutions to meet client needs;
  • Assisting clients in collecting, organizing, and recording configurations;
  • Organizing, documenting, and facilitating training sessions;
  • Keeping project and technical documentation up-to-date and recording hours worked;
  • Developing technical documentation for Shift solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Higher education in Biomedicine, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies like PMI, Agile – Kanban;
  • Experience with laboratory routines (billing/post-analytical);
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
