- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and career development.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, and pre-sales experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects from start to finish, including inception and pre-sales activities.
- Experience working collaboratively with Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English Level.
