About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your primary goal will be to design and implement data models, pipelines, and self-service analytics across the organization, enabling teams to access and analyze data independently. You will also focus on developing a reliable aggregation layer and reporting structure that meets growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement data models, pipelines, and self-service analytics across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources and reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in SQL and experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, 3NF, data vault).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau) and proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala.
  • Experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions using data lake/Snowflake or similar ecosystem.
  • Expertise in database fundamentals, SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information.
