About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Product Designer to lead our product design processes, drive strategic growth, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance for a skilled designer to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our products. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end product design solutions from discovery to launch;
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
- Create engaging interfaces that balance usability, scalability, and performance;
- Conduct thorough user research and testing to inform design decisions;
- Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, user behavior patterns, and best practices in product design.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in English verbal and written communication, with excellent collaboration skills;
- A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, particularly in security and technical tools;
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
- Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
- Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
